TWO PENN PLAZA EAST is located on the East side of Penn Station. The entrance is on Raymond Boulevard. The first nine stories are designated as “One Penn Plaza East” and are occupied by NJ Transit. The top three floors have a separate entrance and are designated as “Two Penn Plaza East.” Stryker Tams & Dill LLP is located on the twelfth floor of the building. Parking is available in a lot behind the building.

280 West Bound Take Exit 15 (just across the Stickel Bridge.) Follow signs for Route 21 South - Newark. Follow directions below.

280 East Bound Follow signs for Harrison. Take Exit 15 onto Route 21 South. Go  left onto Raymond Boulevard. Follow Raymond Boulevard under Penn Station and make a left into parking lot behind Two Penn Plaza East.

Parkway North Bound and South Bound Take Exit 145 to Route 280 East. Follow directions above.

NJ Turnpike North Bound and South Bound Take Exit 15E Newark and follow signs for Raymond Boulevard. Stay on Raymond Boulevard for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn right off Raymond Boulevard at the light right before the street passes under Penn Station. Park in the lot behind Two Penn Plaza East - OR - Take Exit 15W to 280W and follow directions above.

Route 78 East Bound to Exit 58A, Route 1&9 (to Downtown Newark) Follow signs for Route 21 North. Route 21 North turns into McCarter Highway. Follow Route 21 North straight for approximately 1.5 miles until you see the Gateway Center Building on your right. Go one more block and make a right onto Raymond Boulevard. Make a left at the second light (under Penn Station) into the parking lot behind Two Penn Plaza East.

Route 21 South Bound Left on Raymond Boulevard at Don Pepe’s. Go through the underpass and make the first left  into the parking lot behind Two Penn Plaza East.

Route 1&9 South Bound and Holland Tunnel Follow Route 1&9 South to New Jersey Turnpike. (Stay to the left when the road splits.) Take Exit 15W to 280 West and follow directions above.
